Night and Weekend Service

On nights and weekends, ACT has an on-call technician available for emergency service situations.

If you experience a problem with your electronic systems on a night or weekend, and the problem cannot wait until the next business morning, the fastest way to get help is to call our main number and leave a message in the after-hours service voice mail. To do this, dial 781-741-5959 and press 3 for service, then press 3 a second time to leave an after-hours service message. This message is then routed to the on-call technician, who will return the call and provide support.

ACT Remote Service Support Program

ACT is pleased to offer a remote service support program for our clients with home technology systems. The program allows ACT to resolve most common service issues remotely. This helps avoid the need to send a technician to your home. Remote service support allows ACT to connect to the systems in your home remotely and to troubleshoot, diagnose, and in most cases, resolve system issues.

ACT recommends the Remote Service Support Program for clients who have the following systems:

  • Savant automation systems
  • Lutron lighting systems
  • Vantage lighting systems
  • ACT installed wired and wireless networks
