For this project, a gut renovation, ACT designed, installed and integrated a control system; a home theater; distributed audio and video systems; three additional media rooms with flat-screen displays and sound systems; lighting and shade control; a home network with remote access; a baby video and audio monitoring system with remote access; a phone/intercom system and structured wiring.

This is one of ACT’s favorite home theater systems. The client wanted a high-performance theater in their living room, with all equipment completely hidden when not in use. ACT installed an in-ceiling motorized screen and projector; aimable, in-ceiling speakers; a hidden subwoofer; and an equipment closet to house the components. Lighting and shade control are tied-in to the theater, so the stylish living space turns into a home theater with the push of a button.
